The Brazilian dish, lentil and bean coconut curry, was enjoyed too by visiting parents at the school, who were invited to dine with their children following a talk by educational psychologist Dr Nina Robinson.

The international treats were created by Catering Manager Adrian Marks. Other dishes on the menu include Bar Brith cake (Wales), French style fish pie, Spanish tortilla and sage and pumpkin pasta (Belgium).
