‘Make a Change’ is Kisharon’s 2022 Purim fundraising campaign, and every penny dropped into one of our Purim buckets on 17 March will ‘make a change’ for the people we support.

We’re asking volunteers of all ages from all communities – those who have collected for us in the past and newcomers – to be bucket collectors this year.

As always, fabulous prizes will be awarded for the collector who raises the most money or does it in the most creative way, and there will be a prize for the most original costume. Prizes include Amazon vouchers and games donated by The Happy Puzzle Company.

Those who prefer to can donate to Kisharon instead of sending mishloach manot using one of our donation cards, which can be purchased online and emailed or sent to friends and family.

For mishloach manot, Kisharon’s Gift and Homeware Store, Equal is fully stocked with beautiful filled glass jars and dishes. Collect from the shop in Temple Fortune, and local delivery is available.

Students at Kisharon’s Further Education College students have been busy putting together Purim orders placed by synagogues and schools. The bags contain a drink, crisps and sweets, packed in a bag and decorated with ribbon.

It has been inspiring to see how the College students have embraced the first ever social enterprise project for Purim – every penny can make a change to the lives of people we support.”
