Help is here for concerned parents

28 April 2015

Parents of young people aged 14-21 with learning disabilities, concerned about what the future holds, will find support at a transition event this Sunday (April 26) in Stamford Hill.

Visitors will find guidance on preparing for adult life from Hackney and Haringey Council, information about supported living from a housing organisation and a range of helpful advice on other topics.

Orthodox group Interlink has organised the event, which will run from 11am -3pm at Beis Rochel Hall, 117 Stamford Hill, N16 5RS.

For more information or to register call 0208 802 2469 or email admin@interlink-foundation.org.uk
