Richard Franklin Chief Executive
Richard joined Kisharon in February 2013 as Fundraising and Communication Director with more than 10 years’ experience in senior positions in the not-for-profit sector. Before joining Kisharon, he held directorships at Jewish Care, Kings Health Partners and at Crisis UK. Until 2015, he was a Trustee of The Forgiveness Project. Having overseen a number of capital and other campaigns, he relishes the challenge of campaigning to realise Kisharon’s vision of enabling people with learning disabilities to have similar opportunities as their mainstream peers. -
Paul Darnell Director of Corporate Services
Paul joined Kisharon in July 2013. A chartered accountant, he has had 35 years of experience working in the charitable and educational sectors. Paul particularly enjoys being part of a charity which is dedicated to improving the quality and efficiency of its services and seeing at first hand what an immediate difference this makes to the lives of those children and adults supported by Kisharon. -
Gaby Wills Interim Director of Operations and Development
Gaby comes to Kisharon from Jewish Care where she was Director of Care, Housing and Hospitality. Born and raised in Israel, she worked as a nurse, and once in the UK, furthered her studies before starting work in social care. Gaby is passionate about improving the quality of life of those who need support and for support workers to be recognised for their skills and expertise. She is taking on the role for six months, when a permanent appointee should be in place. -
Carolyn Rozenberg Co-Director of Fundraising and Marketing
Carolyn Rozenberg joined Kisharon in May 2021. She has a wealth of fundraising experience including seven years as Assistant Director of Fundraising at Jewish Care. A consultant for the Pears Foundation and the Wohl Legacy, Carolyn was CEO of the Teaching Awards and Director of Publicity at Warner Bros. UK. She also headed up the PR campaign for Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day. -
Jessica Levy Co-Director of Fundraising and Marketing
Jessica joined Kisharon in October 2020. A former Corporate Fundraiser for Crimestoppers – Jessica ran campaign led fundraising projects on crime prevention, as well as numerous roles in charity fundraising and events including, Events Manager at Norwood, Corporate Fundraising Manager at Cancer Research UK and Fundraising Manager at JW3.
