Stunning pieces on show

21 June 2017

Two featured designers at the Equal gift shop in Temple Fortune next month will bring unparalleled originality to ceramic homewares.

Friends Lior Pollack and Rochelle Stern share a studio in Golders Green and have known each other for 25 years yet still retain diverse styles in their pottery.

Lior creates large pieces and uses strikingly bold designs and colours, while Rochelle’s pieces are smaller with earthy, muted tones.

The pair grew up in South Africa but met in London. Rochelle teaches pottery and runs classes and workshops from the studio. They have exhibited their work jointly and also separately, at charity sales, at open days in homes and in various shops in north west London.

Rochelle said: “We are looking forward to showing our work at Equal and we’re keen to support Kisharon in any way we can.”
