Striding out for autism

14 April 2016

All seven teachers at Kisharon School took part in a 15km sponsored Night Walk for Autism on World Autism Awareness Week.

The teachers, four teaching assistants and their Assistant Head Lyna Panas walked the 15km distance in three 5km loops, starting at 11pm and finishing just before 3am on Sunday morning.

Teacher Hayley Rauf said: “Around 250 people took part in all. It was really good fun. We walked the full distance but not many people were left by the end.”
