Abigail Martyn, Josh Ejdelbaum, Avner Radomsky, Adam Azoulay, Danny Wulwick, Alana Jacobs father and son Laurence and Jonathan Nesbitt ran in the BUPA 10k event around the streets of London and ending up in The Mall. Unfortunately Eli Korman had to pull out through injury at very short notice, but Simon Klinger stepped up to the mark at the last minute and ran in his place.
Everyone finished in respectable times, ranging from 52:07 minutes through to 1:26:03 and to date over £16,800 has been raised with more money still being collected. Danny Wulwick has raised over £9,000 singlehandedly beating his £7,000 record of last year. Kisharon is more than grateful!
Laurence Nesbitt, whose daughter Jessica is a student at Kisharon Day School, wrote:
“It was a real honour to run for Kisharon yesterday especially for the kids in the school who we know quite well through Jessica. We had a great run at a really well organised event. Our aim was to run the 10K in less than an hour and I just made it in 56 minutes and Jonathan in 53 minutes. I am humbled by the generosity of our friends and family who despite these difficult times have been more than willing to sponsor us and provide their support. Thank you for providing us the opportunity to take part. It was very special for me to run alongside my son in an effort to make life better for our daughter and her friends.”

Best wishes and Kol Hakavod to all the other runners.
