At Kisharon we are all equals Kisharon’s vision is for individuals with learning difficulties to live in a world where they have the same opportunities as their mainstream peers.

Achieving this equality requires a finely balanced contribution from donors, volunteers and staff. Each group has a crucial role to play.

This view was endorsed by the Chief Rabbi at a recent reception which is reported in this newsletter.

He praised Kisharon’s donors for enabling the aspirational and dedicated work of our staff, which itself is bolstered through the commitment of so many devoted volunteers, several of whom are celebrated in this issue.

This theme of equality is the focus of all Kisharon’s work and is the inspiration behind the ‘equals’ sign which you will see has been adopted for Kisharon’s new logo and which is the unstoppable force driving the organisation forward.
