Make 2018 your year of achievement

11 January 2018

Make 2018 the year you take on a personal challenge and have fun with Team Kisharon.

The 2018 Kisharon Challenge booklet is just out and you can find out how to support us through sport, volunteering or even by organising your own bespoke event.

Kisharon participants share their experiences: “Running in the Jerusalem Marathon is a unique experience, in a unique city, for a unique cause,” supporter Adrian Jacobs said while Eli Younger, in the Prudential RideLondon event, commented: “The Kisharon team had amazing energy and made cycling for this course an absolute 100-mile pleasure.”

Relive their experiences by taking part in these events yourself, or choose from many others. You can achieve the greatest adrenaline rush of all with a skydive, shake a collecting tin for us on Purim, enjoy the camaraderie of the women-only Moonlight Walk or climb Ben Nevis in the winter – with a tour of two whisky distilleries afterwards!

Involve the whole family in your Kisharon challenge with the Color Run in June, a magical 5k event for all ages on a track that’s ablaze with colour, or join in one of the biggest Jewish fundraising events of the year, the Maccabi GB Community Fun Run.

If there’s a challenge you’ve already signed up for let us know and we’ll support you every step of the way. Remember too that if you want to make volunteering your challenge for 2018, a warm welcome at Kisharon is guaranteed.
