Kisharon appoints new director

25 May 2017

Julia Brown has become Kisharon’s new Director of Operations and Development.

Julia started life as a nurse, midwife and health visitor and has risen through the management ranks of community NHS services, the charity sector and strategic management consultancy.

She is passionate about encouraging people to gain as much independence as possible through accessing good health and wellbeing, education and employment. Julia grew up in Stanmore and now lives locally in Golders Green with her husband and three teenage sons.

She joined Kisharon at the beginning of March as a consultant to review the adult services and enterprise arms and to make recommendations for improvement.

Chief Executive Dr Beverley Jacobson said: “In this short time, Julia has engaged very constructively with managers at all levels of our adult services and has been leading and driving the development of an exciting change programme with energy and passion. We are delighted that she has now decided to join Kisharon permanently.”
