We work with children, adults and communities in North West and North London. We have an absolute commitment to keeping the vulnerable adults and children we work with safe, and this is reflected in a range of safeguarding steps in our recruitment process, including a DBS criminal record check.
At Kisharon we believe that learning and development are central to the working lives of our staff to enable them to fulfil their potential and provide the best possible service, whatever their role. Kisharon is deeply committed to the development of our staff. We pride ourselves on our robust training schedule, which provides mandatory and non-mandatory training for staff in many areas of Kisharon. These qualifications enable career progression within Kisharon.
We strongly encourage our support staff to achieve QCF qualifications in Health and Social Care.
