Kisharon is a growing organisation offering a broad range of education and social care to children and adults with complex learning difficulties in the Jewish community.

With around 170 passionate and committed staff, and many equally committed volunteers, Kisharon delivers a top quality service across our Nursery, School, Adult Day Opportunites, Supported Living Services, Business Enterprise Centre and Head Office to a spectrum of individuals of all ages, needs and abilities.

We work with children, adults and communities in North West and North London. We have an absolute commitment to keeping the vulnerable adults and children we work with safe, and this is reflected in a range of safeguarding steps in our recruitment process, including a DBS criminal record check.

We strongly encourage our support staff to achieve QCF qualifications in Health and Social Care.

Is it possible to gain a qualification while working at Kisharon? We offer many of our staff the opportunity to gain qualifications while working at Kisharon.

Will I need to be familiar with Jewish culture and faith to be successful in obtaining a job? No. Kisharon takes great pride in our multicultural workforce and encourages applicants from every background. Ongoing education around Kisharon’s religious ethos is provided.
